Making visible what is going on unconsciously. That is our passion and our work.

In this work we help managers and professionals find solutions to matters in which they - or their organisations - have become deadlocked.

For this we not only look at content issues, but also – or rather, primarily – at what is going on below the surface between and in people.

We also challenge people about their knowing, their own wisdom. Usually people know exactly what the core issue is, and what needs to be done.

Where this knowing has been forgotten, we help to make people aware of it again. So that it becomes clear what the true issue is, what is really needed, and what this requires of the people involved.
